Kartones.Net

A Community Server 2007 Addon Pack which includes the following:

· KartonesNet.Modules.DiggItAddon: This is a module to render a DiggIt button at the bottom of each post. Some parameters like the skin or backcolor can be configured.
 
· KartonesNet.Modules.SpamAddon: This module contains 2 new rules for the CS Spam Blocker.
PostLengthSpamRule: This is a new Spam Blocker rule that checks for a minimum post length. If post is smaller than the threshold/length, assigns a base score plus 1 per character missing.
BadWordNoRegExpSpamRule: This rule works exactly as the default Bad Word Count CS rule, except that uses substring matching instead of regular expressions, allowing an easier way to add "bad words" that contain non-alphanumeric characters. Comparison is case-insensitive.

· KartonesNet.Modules.VideosAddon: This is a module to allow embedded videos from Soapbox, Youtube and Googlevideo in blogs, forums and comments.

· KartonesNet.Modules.SlideshowsAddon: This is a module to allow posting presentations from Google Documents or Slideshare in blogs, forums and comments.

· KartonesNet.Modules.TwitterAutoPostingAddon: This is a module to auto-post into a twitter account each time someone publishes a new blog post.
Allows choosing the url shortening service.
Based on CS Extensions Twitter Spam Rule.

· KartonesNet.Modules.UserTwitterAccountPostingAddon: This is a complementary module for my blog post of how to extend user profiles in CS2007 to add Twitter account data and auto-tweet blog posts.
Warning: Do not activate this module if you haven't implemented the CS changes explained in the post or your CS might crash!

· KartonesNet.Tasks.ClearLogsJob: This is a Task/Job that will clear all Exceptions if clearExceptions="true" and will delete all EventLog entries older than expirationDays value.

· KartonesNet.APIs.GoogleAnalyticsAPI: API to login and retrieve data from Google Analytics. It is very flexible and supports caching of results. Refer to this post for detailed info about using it.

· KartonesNet.Components.AllWeblogPostsList: Component that retrieves all blog posts sorted alphabetically. Useful for displaying a one-page full archive of posts. Allows specifying HeaderTemplate, ItemTemplate and FooterTemplate elements.

· KartonesNet.Components.WeblogPostTagList: Component to display a lightweight readonly tag list. Works the same as the standard CS207 control but faster and not injecting any javascript in the page.

· KartonesNet.Components.WeblogPostVisualTagList: Component to display visual tags instead of text ones.

· KartonesNet.Components.RelatedPosts: Component to display 5 related posts to a given one based on its tags.
